How to Prevent Pimples Naturally

Has your facial pimple been bugging you since like forever? Why suffer? Well, enough is enough. Stop those pesky pustules from coming back with the natural ways on how to prevent pimples.

The common cause why pimples recur is because of re-infection. Re-infection happens when a pimple is frequently touched, rubbed, and squeezed. Squeezing the pimple would only force the pus to embed deep into the skin causing infection to spread to the surrounding areas of the face. Frequent popping or squeezing a pimple would only lead to pimple scars in the future.

Proper hygiene still plays a vital role in the prevention of pimples.  Wash face with a mild soap.  A sulfur-based soap is advisable to those who have severe pimple or acne problem.  Frequent rubbing of face with sponges, brushes or towel is also not recommended as these will only lead to further irritation and redness on the area.  Pat your face after washing, don’t rub.

Another way on how to prevent pimples naturally is to check whether you have food allergies.  There are some people who manifest food allergies to foods like chicken, nuts and canned goods in the form pf pimples.  If you are prone to having moderate to severe pimple condition, stay away from foods that are high in fats such as chocolates, deep fried foods, fast foods, butter and sweetened dishes.  Eating nutritious foods like the green leafy vegetables and fruits and drinking of fresh fruits can help in the rejuvenation of skin and the rebuilding of cells and tissues.  Fruits and vegetables contain essential vitamins and minerals that play a pertinent role in cell regeneration or anti-aging process.

Also, one simple and best way on how to prevent pimples is to drink plenty of water everyday. Water can flush out toxins and out of the body. It also moisturizes skin, giving it a smooth feel.

As much as possible, go easy on the make-up. Some cosmetic products like the make-ups contain chemicals that can cause irritation of the face. If you are wearing a make-up and pimples continue to flare-up, it could be that you are allergic to the chemicals of your make-up. Try to change your make-up to something that’s hypoallergenic. Make it a point to wash your face at the end of the day before retiring to bed.

Regular exercise is also known to prevent pimple outbreaks. Why? Exercise promotes optimum blood circulation to all parts of the body including the face. Exercise also relieves stress. Stress is known to further aggravate the pimple flare-ups.

Perform deep breathing exercises regularly. Deep breathing promotes maximum lung expansion and oxygenation of body parts including the face. Oxygen is needed in the rebuilding of cells.
